Lutheran SeniorLife Associate, Customer Service Receptionist in Zelienople, Pennsylvania
Responsible for supporting reception, customer service, and clerical needs of the center. This shall include all duties related to job tasks as assigned by the manager and includes positive communication/interaction (problem solving) and telephone operations. Adheres to company’s administrative and departmental policies and procedures including but not limited to safety and confidentiality.
Welcomes guests, visitors, and residents by greeting them, in person or on the phone, answering and directing inquiries.
Reports suspicious visitors immediately to supervisor.
Directs visitors to sign-in.
Facilitates overnight visitor accommodations.
Monitors lobby area to maintain order and professionalism.
Ensures operation of telephone equipment by communicating phone system equipment difficulties.
Maintains an accurate employee directory.
Maintains an accurate resident directory.
Provides customers with information regarding activities within the community.
Provides administrative support to Executive Assistant.
Supports Household life by participating in resident and household activities as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One year related experience and/or training.
