Requirements: - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company - Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Command of calendar managements and scheduling appointments - Mail processing experience - Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word - Data entry experience highly desired - Foundational knowledge in travel - Strong familiarity with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - Proven ability to use the internet for research A growing, dynamic company would love to hear from you if you are a passionate self-starter that thrives in a creative environment.
