Work Hours: 6:50 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Friday

Starting Pay: $14 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up and operation of automated machine units in accordance with established guidelines

  • Preliminary troubleshooting of equipment and process malfunctions; escalates concerns to Supervisor, Team Leader, and/or Maintenance as needed

  • Performs finished product quality checks including weight, width, length, and packaging to ensure conformance to standards; informs Supervisor and/or Team Leader of quality concerns

  • Prepares, packs, and stages finished product for shipment

  • Ensures correct identification, palletization, and storage of product

  • Completes accurate production reporting and recordkeeping

  • Maintains safe and clean work environment

  • Observes all Plant safety, quality and production policies

  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic mechanical and trouble shooting ability

  • General process and equipment knowledge

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

  • Good verbal and writing skills

  • Good general math skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
