Community Care Ambulance Network Executive Administrative Assistant in Ashtabula, Ohio

Position Purpose: The executive assistantprovides high-level professional administrative primary appointment and related travel activities management support directly for CEO/Executive Director and to company executives by coordinating, organizing, and tracking Executive Team project management and related leadership/management activities. The full scope of the role will provide, but not limited to conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives, documenting meeting minutes, and effective corporate file administration.

Minimum Qualifications: 3 years’ experience in an office environment providing related administrative support to multiple executives. Effective - written and verbal communicator, time and task management, organization, prioritization, end-user of computer hardware and business administration related software, problem solving, professional approach to all business related activities/interactions.

Education: Minimum High School Diploma/GED, secondary related degree preferred

Certification: Related business administration and/or computer software operation certification preferred

Physical Demands: Office environment

Work Environment: Core is normal business hours with flexibility to provide needed support as needed weekends/evening routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, electronic data applications to communicate (i.e.; MS Outlook, MS Word), track and analyze and store data (i.e.; MS Excel and Access type data bases), cell phones and land lines, photocopiers/fax machines/scanners, and filing cabinets
